2. A profile of main tourist attractions

(1) Qiyuan Garden: This is a national AAAA scenic area and one of the top ten gardens of China. Strolling inside, you can visit such scenic spots as amazing caves, A Beauty Looking into the Mirror, Deep Pool with Winding Paths. Outside, you are advisable to have a trip to Haiyan Museum, Zhang Leping Memorial, Zhang Yuanji Library, the fish scale-like stone seawall described as “Great Wall of the Sea” and “First Ancient Seawall of China” not far from the Garden.

(2) Haiyan Museum: Haiyan Museum is a historical and cultural museum with a rich collection of cultural relics and folk customs and a variety of exhibition forms. Visits to it enable you to better understand local history and culture while enjoying its artistic works.

(3) Zhang Leping Memorial: The Memorial is located in the central urban areas of the county, Mr. Zhang Leping’s hometown, and its name was inscribed by literary giant Ba Jin. It consists of a hall introducing Zhang Leping’s life, an exhibition hall for his posthumous works, an activity zone for children and a creative seminar room. Outside it is a bronze statue of Zhang Leping and Sanmao together. The Memorial displays Mr. Zhang Leping’s participation in social activities and artistic creation in various forms and continuously shows the films, TV plays and cartoons adapted from his works.

(4) Organic Farm of Xifanle: Xifanle is an organic fruit and vegetable brand of Jiaxing Ronghe Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. This farm focuses on ecological organic planting and serves as a center for tourists’ sightseeing, entertainment, travel and recuperation. Besides organic fruits and vegetables planting, the farm also provides such tourist projects as pets feeding, fruits and vegetables picking, catering, B&B, games and agricultural researches and studies, so you can enjoy safe, fresh and healthy organic food and relax yourself in this paradise.
