(LAZZEN).

Located in Qinshan, Jiaxing Master Pipe Fittings Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has introduced CNC machine equipment to its newly constructed copper joint production workshop, and some has been put into operation. As early as the year 2023, this company started to focus on the emerging industries like computing power data centers and new energies, shift from the manufacturing of air-cooled to liquid-cooled products, and launch the copper joint project for new energy commercial vehicles to expand its market reach.

Previously producing carbon steel and stainless steel hydraulic products, this new project mainly produces copper pumps and valves used in new energy commercial vehicles. With the operation of this new project, this company has accelerated its digital upgrading by establishing a CNC machining center, applying CCD automatic inspection equipment and integrating the data of various systems.

Located in Economic Development Zone of Haiyan, Haiyan Liangxin Electrical Co., Ltd. (LAZZEN). has introduced automatic hi-tech equipment, smart logistics systems and industrial Internet platforms, and created a smart and low-voltage electrical appliance industry chain covering mold-making, stamping, injection molding, electroplating, welding, electronics, assembly and logistics. Its digital software project features such systems as intelligent scheduling optimization, quality management and manufacturing execution.

Based on the company’s “future-oriented factory” of Haiyan, this project is upgraded by deploying automated guided vehicles, vision inspection devices, data collection tools, data center network equipment and big data storage management systems, which has further improved the hardware and software for the R&D, production, testing, logistics and management, and boosted intelligent manufacturing and data security.
