Several days ago, Competitiveness Think Tank and Urban Planning and Design Institute of Zhongxin jointly released “Monitoring Report on Common Prosperity of China’s Counties 2023”, announcing the first “Top 100 Counties of China in Common Prosperity Index” and Haiyan ranked 11th among those counties.

In 2023, Haiyan released “A Diagram for Haiyan’s High-quality Development to Establish a Common Prosperity Model System (Version 2.0)” and “A List of Haiyan’s Diagram for Common Prosperity System” to comprehensively promote common prosperity work. The county intensified efforts to promote the trial work of tax and fee services, took special actions for common prosperity, issued “Policies and Proposals on Supporting High-quality Development of Professional, Sophisticated, Special and New Industrial Enterprises in Haiyan” and “Implementation Suggestions on Accelerating the Construction of a Basic Elderly Care Service System and Promoting High-quality Elderly Care Services”, and the work on common prosperity has achieved stead progress in Haiyan.
