Recently, the list of the “Reform Breakthrough Award of Zhejiang 2022” was announced, and “Digital and Intelligent Qinglian” Future Factory of Qinglian Food Co.Ltd. won a bronze medal of “Reform Breakthrough Award of Zhejiang 2022 ”.

Backed up by the new-generation information technology, “Digital and Intelligent Qinglian” Future Factory reshapes the production organization mode and management service mode of the pig raising industry, and constructs a “1+4+N” system framework, namely, “one strategic command center, four sub-scenes (Cloud Farm, Digital and Intelligent Factory, circulation systems and user system) and N subdivided function modules to explore how to digitize traditional animal husbandry industry and achieve common prosperity based on a 10-billion-yuan whole-industry chain.

Qinglian Food has built a new digital whole-industry-chain pig raising industry covering breed breeding, efficient breeding, standard slaughter, cold chain transportation, intensive processing and intelligent marketing, greatly improving its economic and social benefits. The number of the workers raising 100,000 pigs has declined from 250 to 35, and all pigs’ manure has been recycled harmlessly.

Qinglian Food has established 19 smart ecological pastures, 15 fresh food factories, five poverty alleviation bases nationwide, and a “project+enterprise+village+farmer” cooperation mode to benefit locals and upgrade consumption.
