Recently, Zhejiang Research Institute of Sci-tech Information has made an evaluation of the innovation ability of high-tech enterprises. Through comprehensive comparison, top 500 innovative high-tech enterprises of Zhejiang 2023 were selected. Haiyan’s Zhejiang Hailipu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Shanying Paper Co., Ltd. made the list.

Zhejiang Hailipu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, and was incorporated into the multinational company Danfoss in 2005 as its wholly-owned subsidiary. After more than 20 years of development, the company has become a high-tech enterprise of R&D, production and sales, and one of the earliest domestic enterprises with a provincial-level frequency conversion R&D center and a provincial-level enterprise-based research institute.

This company is one of the most important inverter manufacturers of China. Its Danfoss Inverter ranks among the world’s top 10 inverter brands, and its core product HLP inverters are widely used, have been included into “national major new products” and “national torch plan”, awarded the “Famous Product of Zhejiang”, certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001, and included into top 10 innovation enterprises by China’s inverter industry.

Founded in May 2002, Zhejiang Shanying Paper Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanying International Holding Co., Ltd.- a listed company in the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and a leading industrial enterprise of Haiyan. Since its establishment, this company has focused on R&D, innovation and long-term development of environmental technologies, constantly developed core technologies, pursued technological innovation and produced technologically advanced products to build a resource-saving and environmentally friendly large-scale modern enterprise with its development concept being “leading circular economy and inheriting the civilization of paper industry”. Its business ranges from paper making, paper products and centralized heating to warehousing and logistics services. Now it has built four advanced paper production lines integrating R&D and production, a self-provided thermal power plant with an installed capacity of 72 MW and a three-level sewage treatment system with a daily processing capacity of 50,000 tons of sewage. Using domestic and foreign recycled fibers, the company is engaged in the R&D and production of the paper used for cartons, high-strength corrugated body paper, white board paper, craft paper and light coated crafted paper. Now its production scale takes the lead in paper industry and its products have been well sold at home and abroad.

Through continuous innovative management, the company has been certified by FSC, and won such honors as an “Environmentally Friendly Enterprise of China’s Paper Industry”, a “Winner in the National Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Competition in Paper Making Industry” and an “Advanced Collective in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction” in the “11th Five-Year Plan” of Zhejiang.
