Attracting local people’s great attention, the CPC’s 15th Congress of Haiyan opened at Haiyan Grand Theatre on December 27, 2021. On behalf of the CPC’s 14th Committee of Haiyan, Wang Suishe delivered a report “Focusing on High Quality and Modernization to Write a New Chapter of Building Haiyan into a Model of Common Prosperity of the New Era”. The Congress was chaired by Comrade Wang Dan. The main tasks of the Congress go as follows: follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the guiding principles of the CPC’s 19th National Congress and the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth plenary sessions of its 19th Central Committee in full, carry out the decisions made by the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, review and summarize the achievements and experience obtained since the opening of the CPC’s 14th Congress of Haiyan, research and set development targets and strategic measures of the future five years, elect leading groups of the new CPC Haiyan County Committee and the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC Haiyan County Committee, unite and lead all levels of CPC organizations and CPC members and people of the whole county to work harder to build Haiyan into a gold coast economic belt between Hangzhou Bay Bridge and Jiaxing-Shaoxing Bridge, an innovative and vigorous city, a coastal charming city of the Hangzhou Bay and a rich and intelligent city of the New Era, strive to realize the dreams in the new journey to build a modern socialist country in all respects and write a new chapter to build Haiyan into a model of common prosperity of the New Era.
