This year Haiyan Market Supervision and Management Bureau and Haiyan Government Affairs Data Office pushed continuously the reform of people’s access to government’s services, distributed business licenses to enterprises upon receipt of their online applications and integrated stamp carving, invoice application and social insurance registration into enterprises’ registration. Enterprises are able to obtain their business licenses at the service window or by express.

New enterprises can make online applications for their establishment through the “Platform for Applying for the Establishment of Enterprises” of Zhejiang Government Affairs Service Network and tick to choose the enterprise stamp, financial stamp, invoice stamp and legal representative stamp to obtain the stamp carving and government’s payment for these stamps.(The stamps concerning individually owned businesses and the name change of enterprises are excluded). Currently, there are five organizations engaged in official stamps carving for enterprises, and three are located in Wuyan, one in Yucheng and one in Tongyuan.
