During the first ten months of the year, 2,500 of 2,512 types of government’s services can be available online, accounting for 99.52% of all; 2,492 types of services are available to service receivers without their leaving homes and offices to obtain these services, accounting for 99.20% of all; 2,480 types of services are available to service receivers through their smart phones, accounting for 98.73%. These achievements come from this county’s endless efforts to carry out the reform of people’s access to government’s services and create a favorable business environment. Since the beginning of the year 2019, this county has endeavored to build digital-supported governments through Internet and big data to realize more targeted and effective supervisions and services of competent authorities, digitized “Information Isolated Islands”, created the best business environment, enhanced people’s fulfillment, and modernized governance systems and competence through Internet and smart phones. In addition, the county has integrated all the services like the application, appointment, inquiry etc. able to be provided online into the government affairs service platforms, settling the problem that the resources and platforms online can not not be shared, and facilitating enterprises and people’s access to government services online. Today, local people’s life has been digitized under the impact of the establishment of the digitized government. Citizens are able to make online payment of water, gas and electricity charges at home and make an online appointment with doctors. Such measures have enhanced people’s senses of happiness and fulfillment as real-time reimbursement of medical fees and receipt of pension. The digitized government also brings benefits to investment projects and enterprises’ investment. |
